This event is open to the public.
Ready to dig in? Grab a shovel — we have another opportunity to plant trees!
Join us on Saturday, June 21st from 10 AM–1 PM by the new Westboro Beach Pavilion for a community planting event!
Thanks to the generous support of the National Capital Commission, community volunteers are invited to help plant 300 native trees as the final piece of the Westboro Beach Pavilion revitalization project!
No previous planting experience is required — we’ll provide all the tools and guidance you need! This is a family-friendly event, providing the perfect hands-on learning experience for individuals, groups, and children of all ages! We encourage early registration to ensure a smooth planting event.
