Essential tree care of the Jacques-Cartier Tiny Forest with volunteers from IRCC – SHP! We will be hosting a tree care event with volunteers from IRCC – SHP at the Jacques-Cartier Tiny Forest on Tuesday, October 29th from 1 pm -3 pm.
The tree care activities will consist of a final autumn weeding, and placing tree guards on trees to give our young trees some extra protection against animals throughout the chilly weather ahead!
Meeting Location: Jacques-Cartier Tiny Forest
Parking: Free parking available at La Maison du Vélo.
Please make sure to:
- Wear clothes that you find easy to move in and closed-toed shoes
- Bring drinking water, as there is no drinking water source on site.
- Dress according to the weather.
