Many cultures have traditions of o ral storytelling. We experience stories differently when they are animated \, told through an experienced storyteller\, and when we experience them i n an outdoor\, group setting. Each Storytelling in Nature event has an act ivity\, somewhat related to the theme of the story. \; We hope partici pants experience these stories in ways that deepen their appreciation of c ommunity and of our natural environment.\n\n\n\nAbout our Storyteller\n\n\ n\nFor our October 5th event\, we are pleased to welcome Gail Anglin as ou r storyteller. \; Gail Anglin’s storytelling has delighted listeners of all ages in the National Capital region for many years. Her compelling voice creates personalities for the characters she describes as she draws audiences into magical worlds that are sometimes dark but more often humo urous.
